Return Policy

Return Eligibility:
We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery, provided the items are unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Items that have been worn, washed, or used
• Items that are not in their original packaging
• Any item returned without tags or protective inserts
• Opened clothing items (including tried-on garments)

Final Sale Items:
Products marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process:
To initiate a return, contact our support team with your order number and reason for return. If approved, we’ll provide further instructions.

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was incorrect or damaged upon arrival.
